Scrads develops technologies and services that allow people to advertise on advertising screens to their users and grow their businesses. These Terms govern your use of Scrads, the features, applications, services, technologies and software we offer (the Scrads Products or Products), except where we expressly indicate that different terms apply. These Products are provided to you by Scrads.

We do not charge you for the use of the Scrads platform or the rest of the products, but we do charge a commission for all transactions carried out to manage our services.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or share any information that identifies you (such as your name, email address, or other contact information) with them, unless you give us your specific permission. We also provide advertisers with reports on the performance of their advertising. See Section 2 below for more information on this.

1. The services we offer

Our goal is to provide businesses with the ability to serve ads on advertising displays and make the world a more connected place, and to do so, we provide you with the Products and Services described below:

We help you find the ones you are interested in, as well as connect with them through the Scrads Products you use. Based on the data we have, we offer suggestions to you and others.

We help you discover content, products and services that may interest you:
We show you advertisements, offers and other sponsored content to help you discover the content, products and services offered by the many companies and organizations that use Scrads and Scrads Products. Section 2 explains this in more detail.

We combat harmful behavior and protect and support our community:
People will only create communities on Scrads if they feel safe. We have specialized teams around the world and develop advanced technical systems to detect if our Products are used inappropriately, if someone is engaging in behavior that is harmful to others, and if situations arise where we can help or protect our community. If we become aware of such content or conduct, we will take appropriate action, such as offering assistance, removing advertising screens, blocking access to certain features, deactivating an account, or contacting authorities. We share data with other Scrads Companies if we detect that a person is using any of our Products inappropriately or exhibiting inappropriate behavior.

We use and develop advanced technologies to offer safe and functional services to everyone:
We use and develop advanced technologies, machine learning systems so that people can use our Products safely, regardless of their physical ability or the geographic region where they are located.

We carry out studies to detect ways to improve our services:
We carry out research tasks in order to develop, test and improve our Products. These tasks include analyzing the data we have about our users and understanding their use of our Products, for example, conducting surveys and tests, and troubleshooting new features. We offer access to our services from anywhere in the world:
To operate our international service, we must store and distribute content and data in our data centers and systems around the world, including regions outside your country of residence. These infrastructures may be directed or managed by Scrads or its subsidiary companies.

2. How our services are financed

Instead of paying to use Scrads and the rest of the products and services we offer, when you use the Scrads Products covered by these Terms, we charge a commission for all ad postings to non-same user ad displays.

We also provide advertisers with reports on the performance of their advertising. We provide advertisers with general demographic data and interest information. This data is intended to help them better understand their audience. We do not share information that directly identifies you (data such as your name or email address, which can be used to contact you or identify who you are) unless you give us specific permission to do so.

3. Your commitments to Scrads and our community

We make these services available to you and others to fulfill our purpose. In return, you must commit to us to:

We want our community to be a safe environment where people take responsibility for their actions. For this reason you must:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself or your company.
  • Do not falsify advertising screens.
  • Do not share your password or give other people access to your Scrads account, or transfer your account

We try to make Scrads available to everyone, but you cannot use Scrads in the following cases:

  • You are under 14 years old.
  • We have previously disabled your account for violating our Terms or Policies.
  • Applicable law prohibits you from accessing our products, services or software.

2. What you can do in Scrads
We want people to use Scrads to post and advertise ads that are relevant to them, but not at the expense of the safety and well-being of others or the integrity of our community. Therefore, you agree not to engage in the conduct described below or assist (or support others in) these behaviors.

  • You must not use our Products to perform actions or share content in the following cases:
  • If you violate these Terms, our Community Rules, or other terms and policies governing your use of Scrads.
  • If they are illegal, deceptive, discriminatory or fraudulent.
  • If other people’s rights are infringed, such as those related to intellectual property.
  • You must not upload viruses or malicious code, or engage in activities that could disable, overload or alter the proper functioning of our Products, or modify their appearance.
  • You must not access or collect data from our Products by automated means (without our prior permission), or attempt to access them without permission.

We may remove or block any content that violates these provisions.

If we remove content you have posted due to a breach of our Community Standards, we will inform you of this action and explain your options for requesting another review, unless you are a serious or repeated breach of these Terms or if doing so would result in a serious breach. or repetition of these Terms. we expose ourselves or third parties to legal liabilities; our user community is harmed; compromises or puts at risk the integrity or operation of our services, systems or Products; also in cases where we experience restrictions for technical reasons, or in those where we do not have permission to do so for legal reasons.

3. Permissions you grant us

To provide our services, we need you to grant us certain permissions:

Permission to use the advertisements you create: such as photographs or videos, which may be protected by intellectual or industrial property laws. You are the owner of the intellectual or industrial property rights (such as copyrights or trademarks) of the content you create and publish on Scrads and the Products of Scrads companies that you use. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of any rights you may have in the content you own. You can freely share your content with whoever and wherever you want.

However, in order to offer our services, you must grant us certain legal permissions (called “licenses”) to use such content. We will use these licenses solely to provide and improve our Products and services, as described in Section 1 above.

Specifically, when you post an advertisement protected by intellectual or industrial property rights on or in relation to our Products, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license. author to host, use, distribute, modify, maintain, reproduce, publicly display or communicate and translate its content, as well as to create derivative content (in accordance with your privacy and application settings). In other words, if you post a photo on Scrads, you give us permission to store, copy and share it with others, such as service providers who help us provide our services or other Scrads products you use. This license will cease to have effect when your content is removed from our systems.

When you delete your content, other users will no longer see it, but it will still be hosted on our systems in the following cases:

  • It cannot be deleted immediately due to technical limitations (in which case, your content will be deleted no later than 180 days after you choose to delete it).
  • Immediate removal of content would limit our ability to:
  • Investigate or detect illegal practices or violations of our terms and policies (for example, improper use of our Products or systems).
  • Comply with any legal obligations, such as protecting evidence.

Comply with the requirements of judicial, administrative or police authorities, as well as government agencies.

4. Limitations on the use of our intellectual property
We reserve all rights in the copyrighted content (which we own) that we make available on our Products (such as images, designs, videos or sound that we provide and that you add to content you create or share on Scrads ). You will retain the intellectual property rights related to your content. You may only use our copyrighted content, trademarks or similar trademarks as set forth in our Trademark Usage Guidelines or with our written consent. You must obtain our written permission or permission under an open source license to modify, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or create derivative works from it.

4. Additional provisions

1. Update of the Conditions

We continually work to refine our services and develop new features to provide you and our community with better Products. For this reason, we may need to update these Terms from time to time to accurately reflect our services and practices. We will only make changes if the provisions are no longer appropriate or incomplete, and only if such changes are reasonable and take due account of your interests.

Unless we are required by law to make these changes, we will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice (for example, by email or through our Products) before changing these Terms, so that you can review the changes before they come into effect. vigor. . 2. Suspension or cancellation of account

If we determine that you have violated our terms or policies, egregiously, severely, or repeatedly, we may suspend or permanently disable your account. We may also do so if you repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others or if we are required to do so for legal reasons.

If we suspend or disable your account, we will inform you and explain your options for requesting a review, unless doing so would expose us or third parties to legal liability; our user community is harmed; the integrity or operation of our services, systems or Products is compromised or put at risk; also in cases where we experience restrictions for technical reasons, or in those where we do not have permission to do so for legal reasons.

If you delete your account or we disable it, the agreement established by these Terms will no longer apply, but the following provisions will continue to apply: 3.3.1, 4.2-4.5.

3. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Conditions is intended to exempt us or limit our liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent representation arising from our negligence, or affect your legal rights.

We will exercise professional diligence to provide you with our Products and services and to maintain a secure and error-free environment. Provided we have acted with professional diligence, we will not be liable for losses not caused by our breach of these Conditions or our actions; losses that neither we nor you could foresee at the time these Conditions came into force, nor events that we cannot control.

4. Disputes

We try to establish clear rules to reduce and, if possible, avoid disputes between you and us. However, if one arises, it is helpful to know in advance where it can be resolved and what laws apply.

If you are a consumer and your habitual residence is in a member state of the European Union, the laws of that country will apply to any claim, cause or dispute that you bring against us that arises as a result of these Terms or the Scrads. 5. Others

If you use any of these Products, you will have the opportunity to accept supplemental terms that will form part of the agreement we have with you. For example, if you access or use our Products for commercial or business purposes, such as serving ads, you must agree to our Terms of Business. If you post content that includes music, you must comply with our Music Content Guidelines. To the extent any supplemental terms conflict with these Terms, the supplemental terms will control with respect to such conflict.
  3. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to comply with any of these Terms will not be considered a waiver. Any modification of these
