What type of information do we collect?

Things you and other people do and provide to us

    • Information and content you provide to us. We collect the content, communications and other data that you provide when you use our Products, such as when you register for an account, create or share content.   • Your use. We collect information about how you use our Products, such as the types of ads you make or interact with, the features you use, the actions you take, the people or accounts you interact with, and the time, frequency, and duration. of your activities. For example, we record when you are using and when you last used our Products.
  • Information about transactions carried out on our Products. If you use our Products to make payments or other economic transactions (for example, when you pay to have an ad served), we collect data about those payments or transactions. Data retention and account deactivation and deletion

If you send a copy of your ID for account verification, we will delete it 30 days after we receive it.

When you delete your account, we delete content such as your ads, ad screens, and updates, so you won’t be able to recover that information. If you do not want to delete the account, but want to stop using the Products for a period of time, you can deactivate it. You can delete your account whenever you want from the Scrads settings.

How do we respond to legal requirements or prevent damage from occurring?

We access, preserve, and share your information with regulatory agencies, law enforcement, or other parties in the following cases:

  • In response to a legal request if we believe in good faith that the law requires us to do so.
