Account cancellation

At SCRADS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L., we ensure that our customers can cancel their accounts at any time in a simple and transparent manner. Below, we outline the available procedures for requesting account cancellation:

Ways to Cancel Your Account

  1. By Email:
    • Send an email to info@scrads.com from the same email address used for registration.
    • Your email must explicitly request account cancellation and include the following details:
      • Account holder’s name.
      • Email address associated with the account.
      • Reason (optional).
    • Once we receive your request, we will process the account cancellation within 10 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email.
  2. Through the Control Panel:
    • Log in to your SCRADS account.
    • Go to Account Settings > Cancel Account.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm the request.
    • The cancellation will be processed automatically, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Effects of Cancellation

  • Once your account is canceled, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 15 days, except for data we are legally required to retain.
  • Account cancellation does not entitle you to refunds for any payments already made. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.
  • If you wish to use our services in the future, you will need to create a new account.
