Account cancellation
At SCRADS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L., we ensure that our customers can cancel their accounts at any time in a simple and transparent manner. Below, we outline the available procedures for requesting account cancellation:
Ways to Cancel Your Account
- By Email:
- Send an email to info@scrads.com from the same email address used for registration.
- Your email must explicitly request account cancellation and include the following details:
- Account holder’s name.
- Email address associated with the account.
- Reason (optional).
- Once we receive your request, we will process the account cancellation within 10 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email.
- Through the Control Panel:
- Log in to your SCRADS account.
- Go to Account Settings > Cancel Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm the request.
- The cancellation will be processed automatically, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Effects of Cancellation
- Once your account is canceled, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 15 days, except for data we are legally required to retain.
- Account cancellation does not entitle you to refunds for any payments already made. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.
- If you wish to use our services in the future, you will need to create a new account.
