How it started…

It all started with a simple idea in 2021. Carles Alonso saw an opportunity in the market and decided to launch, together with Sergi Navarro, Scrads, with the vision of providing a solution to small and large companies, a “costumer service” solution with a artificial intelligence base.

From our modest beginnings in Malgrat de Mar and Mataró, we have grown to become the best solution on the market. Every step along the way has been a lesson, and we are proud of our journey and the achievements we have made.
